Sample seasonal Spring flavours with a different traditional lunch menu each Sunday at The Angel Hotel. Notice such favourites as tender new-season Welsh lamb, crisp Spring cabbage and the new Pembrokeshire potatoes. Our Spring cheese selection, served on slate, includes organic blue-veined Perl Las from Pembroke and Cheddar-like Vintage Lincolnshire Poacher.
