The Restaurant has crisp white cloths and sparkling glass, to set off our award-winning cuisine. Breakfast (included in the room price) is served 7.00 - 10.00am. (8.00 - 10.00am. at weekends). Lunch is from Noon - 2.30pm. Choose from the current lunch menu, which ranges from interesting sandwiches to full meals.

Proper afternoon teas are served 3.00 - 5.30pm. And in the evening we serve our dinner menu (similar to lunch, but does not offer sandwiches) from 7.00pm. Last orders are at 10.00pm. There is evening pianist entertainment, Friday and Saturday. And we have a popular traditional Sunday lunch. The menus of our Chef-Director, Mark Turton,  follow the seasons, and are well-received critically.

The wine list matches the food, and features many Gold and Silver medal winners from the International WINE Challenge. Plus we have 2005, 2006, 2007 Awards of Excellence from top US magazine, Wine Spectator; one of just 25 in the UK, and the sole winner for Wales!
